Note: Although much of the action you will experience during the Blood Games is with and against other competitors, the Blood Games also attract the attention of some unsavory creatures. It is not unexpected that foul beasts and monsters may prowl the environs at any time of the day or night. Goblins, orcs, ogres, trolls, and even the deadly tentacle-faced jarpaxa have been known to visit Waxaclajuun’s outskirts, looking for easy prey. Competitors are encouraged to either take care of any such interlopers themselves, or inform the Jaguar’s Claws if they cannot handle the situation. Competitors should be warned that if they scout the further reaches of Waxaclajuun’s domain, they may be on their own if they run into trouble.
